Partner Programs Overview

Precision Camera & Video Repair has had a long tradition of developing repair programs to accommodate a wide range of customers. These include major retailers, photo specialty stores, business accounts, institutions, government offices, photo studios and camera clubs. To date, each program has been customized for each individual business model, offering our partners the most flexibility and simplicity. Now, Precision Camera's Partner Portal is intended to serve the needs of those customers with a regular volume of repairs but who do not, yet, require a highly customized program.  In addition to our imaging repair services on digital cameras and video cameras we also offer repair on gaming console systems.

Partner Portal

Precision Camera's online Partner Portal offers "credit card on file" and "approved for credit" partner accounts with the following features:

• Order Entry directly into our systems
• Repair Receipt printing,
• Online Status Lookup of in-process repairs,
• The ability to view Custom Tiered Pricing,
• Email Notifications throughout the repair process,
• An on site Customer Service Department, ready to help, Mon.-Sat from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET.
• Reporting capabilities

Additionally, our Partner Portal offers a secure administration module that allows users to edit Account Profile information such as, Contact Information, Billing and Shipping defaults, Credit Card information and Password information.

Pricing models are developed as flat rate prices based on volume, product types, and warranty mix.

OEM Partnerships

Precision Camera holds more individual camera and video repair partnerships than any other repair facility. Our partnerships include all major manufacturers (OEM's): Sony- (Exclusive Camera Repair Authorization), Kodak, Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Samsung, JVC, Fuji, Pentax, Casio, and others.

Experience

Our level of experience reflects many years in the camera repair business. Although our roots are in the era of film cameras, we have managed to seamlessly transition to the digital age. Maintaining close relationships with our OEM partners has provided an ongoing source of technical training and custom test equipment for our camera repair technicians. Our partnerships with large retailers and third party warranty companies have given us visibility across all makes and models, which in turn have allowed us to hone our ability to repair rapidly and with high precision. We continue to grow and absorb new business without sacrificing attention to the customer.
